Hello amittwina, I've worked with display adapters extensively and your problem is unusual to have one cause a lag on the internet, not that it's not possible, my first thought was the computer didn't have the horsepower or a dust build up causing overheating. A few things I would try.
Try using a differnet browser perhaps Firefox.
Hardware/Graphics acceleration: Open the Display control panel>Settings tab>Advanced button>Troubleshoot button>and adjust the Hardware acceleration maybe to Full.
Open the QuickTime control panel: Click on the Advanced tab and try selecting>Safe mode (GDI only)
I doubt it's a problem with QuickTime website and the card. If it is the wrong driver for the card a windows computer will just keep restarting on its' own. Another thought could be BIOS related?
Perhaps you've already resolved do post back I would be curious on the outcome.

hello Jacumba
The card fan is working properly and my specs are core2duo e8400 3.0 ghz, 4 gb ram and power supply of 500w. as i explain before i only upgraded my graphic card to a better one, my other specs reamined the same and i used to watch the trailers at site properly so i'm guessing its a problem with the card itself or the driver or a problem with the competability of quicktime with that card.

amittwina, what are the system specs for the computer > cpu, ram, and power supply watts? The GeForce 630 2GB has a cooling fan connected to the video card, is the fan running and the wire for it plugged into the motherboard? The GeForce 630 also requires a power supply of at least 350 watts at minimum which may or may not be the problem.
